COD: Warzone is one of those games that is always making headlines. The game has made a significant contribution to the $1.92 billion Activision generated in revenue last year.

Despite that, COD: Warzone is in the news for all the wrong reasons nowadays. Be it the pay-to-win elements or rampant cheating; players are often frustrated with the state of the game.

The game is such a messy bug that we have a dedicated bug tracker for COD: Warzone. Unsurprisingly, barely a week goes by without a bug or issue popping up in the game.

Having said that, the latest COD: Warzone bug is resulting in players getting their input stuck after performing certain actions.

User reports indicate that the character automatically moves or performs some actions. Players have found a temporary workaround that fixes the bug.

If you are affected by the issue, try pressing the button that corresponds to the action or direction your character is moving. This will fix the problem temporarily.

I have this happen a LOT since season 5 dropped. Usually get stuck in strafe when getting loady, using buys, using precisions/clusters/etc and often times just randomly 🙂 I get strafe issues, crouch stuck, ads going in/out and even firing randomly. I find i have to press the whatever key it is to fix. SO if im strafing left, i hit A and it fixes it, if ADS is an issue, i have to ADS and so on.

we all have it but for some reason no body upvotes it taking loady, use buy makes your character move on its own left right or backwards

As if it wasn’t enough, another issue with ‘Contract cash’ has been unearthed. Contracts are an important aspect of the game that enables players to earn some cash.

In Warzone, Contracts appear as tablets spread across the overworld, with their drop location marked on the Tac map at the start of the game.

Reports suggest that whenever players complete the Recon or Scavenger Contract, the reward money is not awarded to everyone on the team. This is really unfair since Contracts require team participation.

I had this happen with a scav today. Waited for everyone to response to complete and only I got cash.(Source)

I frequently ping people but it just won’t ping anything it’s like it doesn’t register that I did it, they are also really delayed when they work. Contracts don’t give the cash reward to all players in the team quite consistently as well.

Fortunately, Raven quickly acknowledged the issues and said they are currently investigating them.

But that does not mean the bugs will be fixed soon, since COD: Warzone developers already have a lot on their plate.

Raven Software needs to step up and thoroughly test the game before releasing any update.

We hope COD: Warzone developers fix the stuck input issue so players can normally enjoy the game.

In the last couple of weeks, many Twitch streamers have quit the game because of cheaters rampantly affecting the gameplay experience.
