Just in case you’re trying to get your head around why the video streaming service Hulu isn’t working for you, find solace in the fact that you aren’t the only one facing issues lately. As of while writing this, Hulu is down and not loading videos going by reports proliferating across micro-blogging site Twitter.

As per Down detector – the service that gives information about outages – Hulu is indeed encountering issues in some regions of the US and Japan.
Hulu support is yet to give a word on the matter. Rest assured, we are keeping a continuous tab on all related developments, and will continuously update this page with relevant info. So stay hooked for latest developments on the matter.
Update 1
As per a user reports, the support is now aware of the issue. However, there’s yet to come an official statement on the matter. Here’s what the user has to say:
I contacted support and they said they didnt know it was down but are working on it now and issued me one month credit.
Update 2
One of the affected users who got in touch with Hulu support says they’ve been told the service may stay down for about four hours due to an update. Meaning, users may have to wait for few more hours for things to get back to normal.
@PiunikaWeb just got off the phone with Hulu support on hold 47 minutes they said it was down for everyone not sure if true said would be at least 4 hours for an update

We are getting reports the issue has now been resolved.
Update 4 (Oct 07)
Of late, a lot of Hulu users across micro-blogging site Twitter are complaining about service down or throwing error p-dev322. Some complaints regarding the live stream not working can also be seen. Down detector also conveys the service is acting glitchy in some areas.
Regarding the live stream issue, here’s what Hulu support recently said:
We did experience a known issue during the game, which may have been what you were running into. We’re always working to improve our service and make it more reliable — we’ll share your feedback and experience with our team.

When asked about fix, here’s what they said:

However, there’s yet to come a word from Hulu support regarding the error p-dev322. Rest assured, we’re keeping a tab and will keep you informed about all latest developments.
Update 5 (Nov 11)

Update 6 (April 08, 2020)
Hulu is down and not working for many as of writing this. Apart from proliferating user reports – regarding video streaming issues – on Twitter, downdetector also conveys service glitch.
Update 7 (August 07, 2021)
Many Hulu subscribers have taken to Twitter to report that they’re unable to watch videos on the platform as they are getting the error code 500 message while trying to view content.
Hulu has confirmed that they’re aware of the issue and are currently looking into it. Hence, expect the problem to be addressed sooner rather than later.
