Spotify has been around since 2006 and is now available on numerous platforms like macOS, Linux, Windows, iOS, and Android.
The popular audio streaming service has over 150 million paying subscribers out of over 350 million active users across the globe.
However, users of the Spotify Android app have been facing an issue after the latest app update.
As per several reports, Spotify users on Android are unable to view their downloaded playlists in the library.
It seems that the issue is widespread which further means that a fix for the same is required on a larger scale.
Android users may not have to face the issue where the downloaded playlists are not showing up in the Spotify library for long.
This is simply due to the fact that the Spotify Cares Twitter handle has acknowledged the said issue.
Also, the relevant team is working on a fix which further indicates that an update might resolve this issue soon.
However, this is still based on speculation as Spotify Cares has not provided any ETA for the said fix.
Moreover, there is currently no workaround for the said issue so users may have to wait until a fix for the same arrives.
Meanwhile, if you are also facing this issue and have a workaround for it, feel free to drop a comment below and let us know.
Hopefully, Spotify soon resolves the said issue with the downloaded playlists so that users can listen to their favorite music without any hassle.
That said, we will keep tracking this for further development and will report back when we have more details.
