Axis Bank is one of the most popular banks in India and customers can use the website as well as the app to transact or manage their accounts.
The app is available for iOS as well as Android devices and is perfect for those who wish to pay their bills or transfer money in a jiffy.
Unfortunately, like many banking apps such as SBI Yono, the Axis Bank app also has some bugs and issues.
Recently, many Axis Bank app users have been reporting that the app is not working and the Credit Card section is not displaying any information or throwing an error.

from past 48 hrs, axis mobile app is not working. Not able to see credit card details at all. Every 3 hrs the resolution time was going forward and now session is getting expired (Source)
According to user reports, the problem has been around for a few days. The app displays a few different messages when users try to access the credit card section.
Here are a couple of screenshots of the error messages that pop up shared by users on Twitter.
Apparently, Axis Bank alerted its customers that they won’t be able to use their Credit Cards for online transactions and at POS terminals from May 9 to May 10 as the bank was supposedly upgrading its Credit Card systems.
But it seems that the ongoing maintenance has hit a roadblock since users noticed that the resolution time was being carried forward every few hours.
Axis Bank is yet to share any details regarding the mobile app not working or the Credit Card section throwing an error message.
That said, we’ll keep tabs on the situation and will post an update when the app starts functioning as normal.
