While the latest Windows 10 Insider Preview build does address a bunch of issues, there are still several known bugs.

However, Microsoft is working to address these bugs and they might be fixed in the upcoming Windows 10 builds.

As per the latest Insider build release notes, the tech giant is looking into the issue where the update process hangs for extended periods.

Also, the incorrect display of Search elements (including File Explorer search box) in dark theme issue is being investigated.

There is an issue where the default brightness setting from the new Camera Settings section is not accepted by the Windows Camera app. This is also being looked at by the team.

Moreover, WSL users running the 21354 build and higher are facing performance issues while launching File Explorer whereas some instances give the ‘The parameter is incorrect’ message.

Both issues are being worked upon along with the Pinyin IME issue where users are unable to select the candidate window items using the keyboard.

So, those who are affected with the said Pinyin IME issue will have to use the mouse for the time being.

It is good to see that Microsoft is constantly trying to improve the user experience by acknowledging and addressing any major and minor issues.
