Apple recently released the macOS Big Sur 11.3 update with a bunch of fixes and some new features.
However, macOS users have been facing an issue where they are unable to use any sideloaded iOS/iPadOS apps.
As per recent reports, users are getting the ‘you do not have permission’ error when using sideloaded apps.
Also, some users are unable to install third-party apps like Google Keep via the .ipa files due to a different error message.
The third-party .ipa files are giving the ‘the developer did not intend’ error suggesting that the apps are unsupported.
While Apple has not yet made any announcements on the matter, the macOS Big Sur 11.3 release notes may provide some insight.
According to the release notes, there are several deprecations for the Developer Transition Kit support and Xcode.
These deprecations might be the reason behind this issue, however, this is still based on our speculation.

– Support for the Developer Transition Kit is no longer available as of macOS Big Sur 11.3.
It might be possible that this issue may get resolved as third-party developers make their apps compatible with the latest macOS update.
It is, however, unclear whether the said issue is indeed related to compatibility or not as Apple has not provided any clarity on the matter.
Hopefully, the tech giant looks into this and provides a solution to affected users as it is causing inconvenience to them.
