As per the CrOS Updates Serving page, the Chrome OS 90 update has not rolled out to several Chromebook models.

These include Chromebooks and other Chrome OS running devices by Samsung, HP, Acer, ASUS, Dell, Lenovo, and AOpen.

While the actual reason behind the delay in the Chrome OS 90 rollout is unclear, there might still be an explanation.

It is possible that the expected Android 11 upgrade for over 100 Chromebook models could be delaying the release of Chrome OS 90 for some units.

According to Chrome Unboxed, the devices that have not yet received the latest Chrome OS update may get it along with Android 11.

This, however, is still based on speculation as no official explanation has been provided for the said delay.
