Original story (published on April 28, 2021) follows:

One of Realme’s pre-eminent offerings which still offers more value than even its successor is the Realme 7 Pro.

The device was caught up in a lot of heated debates as well. From delayed stable Realme UI 2.0 (Android 11) update to the missing AOD and Edge Lighting features, device owners have had a lot.

Even though Realme talks about following a pattern where ideally stable updates should be out within 12 weeks from its first Early Access program, it has significantly delayed the Realme UI 2.0 update for Realme 7 Pro.

After months of being in the pipeline, Realme has finally prepared the stable update and is ready to roll it out.

Realme CEO, Madhav Sheth, in his regular interaction via the AskMadhav channel has revealed that Realme 7 Pro will get the stable Realme UI 2.0 (Android 11) update this month.

Users are more excited to welcome the much-awaited AOD and Edge Lighting features than anything else.

These features were earlier missing on Realme 7 Pro despite having an AMOLED display following the RAM-less display controversy.

This, however, was later revealed by Realme support and forum representatives that the stable update will have these functions after all.

It would be interesting to see if Realme really lives up to user expectations.

Another news about the recently launched Realme C21 comes tagged along. The device is the latest addition to the C series portfolio and arrived with Android 10 out-of-the-box.

The company has made it a habit to regularly update their Realme UI 2.0 update roadmap with the latest information but the newly launched Realme C21 is yet to feature on that list.

But the company CEO has confirmed that Realme C21 will receive the Android 11 Early Access sometime in the month of June.

This makes June a jam-packed month for the Realme developers with a bunch of devices lined up to receive the update.
