Samsung TV Plus is a service that lets users watch content for free with ad-supported live channels and on-demand videos on select Smart TVs from the company and on the mobile app.
The South Korean firm recently announced that it will be expanding this Samsung TV Plus service via its Android app to more regions around the world including Canada, U.K., Germany, and India this month, i.e. April.
Well, it appears that Samsung has stuck to its word and has indeed made its TV Plus app available to more users, at least in Canada.
The news regarding the development was shared by u/Whitesniper00 on Reddit and a few others have also confirmed the same on the thread.
The application should be available to download via the Play Store for Samsung Galaxy smartphones and tabs running on Android 10 or higher.
Searching for ‘Samsung TV Plus’ on the Google Play Store should get you to the app’s listing or you could visit this link on your smartphone instead.
Considering that Samsung is offering TV Plus without any subscriptions, there’s no reason not to give it a shot.
Moreover, you can VPN your way into watching content made for viewers from the U.S. as highlighted by a Redditor.
That said, now that the Samsung TV Plus Experience is available to Galaxy owners in Canada, it’s likely that we’ll see the service expand to other regions soon.
