Realme has rolled out the Android 11 update with its Realme UI 2.0 skin to a bunch of smartphones, however, only to a limited number of users via the Early Access and Open Beta programs.
The stable update is only available for a select few models from the company such as the Realme X50 Pro and Realme Narzo 20.
Despite having the “Pro” moniker, Realme is still testing the Android 11-based Realme UI 2.0 update for the Realme Narzo 20 Pro via the Early Access program.
But it appears that the company is making some progress towards the stable release of Android 11 for the device since it has finally announced the Realme UI 2.0 Open Beta for the Realme Narzo 20 Pro.
Interested users can now apply for the Open Beta program to get a chance to try out the company’s new skin over Android 11 on the device ahead of the stable update.
To apply for the Open Beta program on your device, follow these steps provided by Realme:
1. Make sure update to required version RMX2161PU_11.A.83 / RMX2161PU_11.A.87
– Manually downloading link.
2. Apply for the Open Beta via the Software Update Application channel:
(Settings > Software Update > Tap on the settings icon in the top right corner > Trial Version > Submit your details > Apply Now).
Since this is the Open Beta, you can expect the builds to be more stable than the builds that were available through the Early Access program.
However, you may still come across a few bugs and issues which has been made clear by Realme in the announcement post as well.

That said, in case you wish to roll back to Android 10, the company will be sharing the rollback package that will enable you to do so.
Now that the Realme UI 2.0 Open Beta program has kicked-off for the Realme Narzo 20 Pro, we can expect to see the stable update go live in another month or so.

01:06 pm (IST): A new update, likely the Realme UI 2.0 (Android 11) Open Beta update has popped up on Realme Narzo 20 Pro users’ handsets.
Update 2 (March 29, 2021)
05:21 pm (IST): After the Realme UI 2.0 (Android 11) C.04 update, Realme Narzo 20 Pro’s fast charging has been compromised. A device team member says the issue has been passed on to the devs. Find out more here.

01:28 pm (IST): There is still no sign of stable Realme UI 2.0 (Android 11) but good thing is that the Open Beta program has re-opened for those who would like to get a taste of what the new update.
