New updates are being added at the bottom of this story…

Original story (published on January 20, 2021) follows:

The Android 11 stable update for the Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro first rolled out in Europe as version V12.2.1.0.RJAEUXM in early December 2020 with an October security patch.

But the update was quickly halted due to unnamed bugs. In fact, the story has been pretty much the same with the Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro Android 11 updates in various regions, as captured here.

And now, the European variant of the Mi 10 Pro is receiving a new update that brings Android 11 alongside December 2020 security patch as version V12.2.3.0.RJAEUXM.

This is a re-released version that will install over Android 10. We can also expect this version to install atop the halted Android 11 build as a small OTA if things go well with the initial rollout of this new build.

Moreover, it is worth mentioning here that the standard Mi 10 also faced the same rollback issues as its elder sibling with the initial Android 11 update.

However, the device had bagged the re-released version a week back, that is after the Indian variant had received it.

Similarly, it’s now the turn for Mi 10 Pro in Europe to get the same treat. Keep in mind though that the rollout is limited for now.

The EEA variant now joins the global and Chinese variants of the Mi 10 Pro on receiving Android 11 updates.

That said, below is the changelog for the build along with its download link if for some reason you haven’t received the update yet.
