Android 11 is now official and if everything goes according to plan, we should soon start seeing other OEMs following Google’s lead by rolling out this new Android version to their eligible devices.

Not to be left behind, we’ve seen Vivo also working on its own custom skin on top of Android 11, Funtouch OS 11. Vivo iQOO 3 4G, Vivo iQOO 3 5G, and the Vivo NEX 3S are some of the devices from Vivo with ongoing Android 11 development programs.

Following the showcasing of Funtouch OS 11 features at the Thailand launch event of the Vivo V20 series of devices, Vivo India has, today, updated its website to further display what’s coming in the upcoming Android 11 skin.

Always-on display is a feature we’ve come to know and love. This works best on AMOLED and OLED displays, allowing users to have a glimpse of what’s most important, even without unlocking their devices.

On Funtouch OS 11, this gets turned up a notch. This, with the incorporation of the live always-on display. This feature adds a breath of life to the otherwise dead notification on the display.

Funtouch OS 11 is also set to employ the use of AI in the management of user photos in the devices’ gallery. This, with the addition of AI Image matting which enables HD restoration of photos among other features.

It is important to always have an idea of what’s going on in your device. This new skin ensures this thanks to the new iManager feature.

This app analyses most aspects of your device including battery status, app usage, privacy and security management, among others, effectively offering users a one-stop-shop for all smartphone management tasks.

Android 11 brings native support for screen recording. Funtouch OS 11 takes that and adds a bunch of new improvements in the form of S-capture.

This feature allows users to seamlessly capture screenshots and record their screens with way more tools and features than what Android 11 offers natively.

Gamers in the house are taken care of thanks to a bunch of new features and enhancements that come with the new Ultra Game Mode.
