Google has released Android 11 and many OEMs have also started rolling out the Android 11 beta and stable updates to some of their eligible devices. Today, we will take a look at a bunch of devices that are receiving the latest OS update.
The Android Developers official Twitter handle pretty recently posted about the key features of Android 11. Also, the announcement was for app developers so that they can fine-tune their apps as per Google’s latest OS norms.
New features like new conversation bubbles (which as per users is already buggy) and notifications, one-time permissions, new control space, and enhanced 5G support are the key highlights of the Android 11 update. So, let’s see what all devices are getting the latest OS update.
Oppo Ace2, Oppo Find X2, and Oppo Reno3 Series
Oppo is now rolling out the ColorOS 11 (Android 11) update to the Oppo Find X2, X2 Pro, Reno3, Reno3 Pro, and Ace2. It was earlier speculated that the Android 11-based skin would be called ColorOS 8 but now it seems that Oppo is in sync with Google’s OS denomination.
However, the OEM is rolling out Android 11 as a public beta update which means that there are still some final touches before the stable version starts rolling. Users have been taking to Weibo, China’s Twitter equivalent, sharing the details of the latest OS update.
Xiaomi Mi 10 and Xiaomi Redmi K30 Pro Series
The Xiaomi Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro are now receiving the Android 11 stable update in several regions including China, Europe, and Global. Similarly, the Redmi K30 Pro and K30 Pro Zoom are also picking up the Android 11-based MIUI 12 stable update in China.
So, if you wish to try the latest OS from Google along with the latest custom skin from Xiaomi, you can grab it for your device(s) from the download links given below. However, these are the beta stable versions and are meant only for Mi Pilot program members for the time being.

Another thing to note is that these links are for the Chinese ROMs that do not include any Google services and apps. So, these ROMs must not be flashed on any other variants of the respective devices and by those who are not part of the Mi Pilot program.
OnePlus 8 Series
OnePlus has started the Open Beta program for the OnePlus 8 and 8 Pro and users can now grab the Android 11-based OxygenOS 11 Open Beta update.
The announcement was made on the OnePlus community along with the rollback packages for the Global, Indian, North American, and European OnePlus 8 and 8 Pro variants because of the Open Beta might still be a bit unstable.

Verizon Google Pixel Series
Verizon has released the Android 11 update for a bunch of Google Pixel devices including the Pixel 2, 2 XL, 3, 3 XL, 3a, 3a XL, 4, 4 XL, and 4a. So, if you are a Verizon subscriber and own a carrier-locked Google Pixel device then the Android 11 update is live over the air.

IST: 06:53 pm: According to recent developments, it seems that the Indian variants of the OnePlus 8 and 8 Pro will get the OxygenOS 11 Open Beta update soon. For more details, head here.

IST: 05:40 pm: While Pixel devices in other regions are receiving the Android 11 stable update, it’s now coming to light that India region devices will get the update in the coming week. While the exact reason for the delay is not known, it could be due to eSIM functionality of Pixel devices. Details here.
Update 3 (September 14)
IST: 05:40 pm: Oppo has now kick-started the second round of recruitment for beta testers for Android 11 (ColorOS 11) on the Oppo Find X2 series. Users in Thailand, India, Indonesia, Cambodia, Vietnam, Philippines, Egypt can register to try out the beta.
Update 4 (September 18)
IST 10:54 am: Google has finally released the Android 11 update in India for all eligible Pixel smartphones. This update comes in more than a week later since the stable update went live for Pixel devices in other regions.
Update 5 (September 23)
IST 11:02 am: While Android 11 is yet to be released on non-Google smartphones in its stable form, Google has now released Android 11 for Android TVs. In its announcement, Google says “Android 11 on Android TV introduces performance and privacy improvements, new features tailored for the TV.”
