For a while now, we’ve known that Samsung has been actively working on One UI 2.5. We already have a list of devices that are eligible for an update to this new skin and for a list of devices that have already received this update, check out our dedicated tracker.

Today, Samsung is looking to further bring this new skin on top of Android to more eligible devices with the rollout of One UI 2.5 to the Samsung Galaxy S10, Galaxy S10e and Galaxy S10+.

To recall, we recently saw test builds for One UI 2.5 for both the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 and Galaxy S10 with the hopes that the official stable builds would be available shortly afterward. And true to those predictions, today we’re seeing reports of One UI 2.5 rolling out to Galaxy S10, S10e and S10+ users.

Users of the Galaxy S10 in Germany are reporting receiving an update that brings with it the September 2020 security patch. This hefty update brings with it a ton of features as outlined in the following user-shared changelog.

Some of the notable features coming in this build include the addition of Wireless Dex, enhancement of the Pro Video feature among many others. This update bears software version number DTH7 and has been reported by users in Germany.

As Samsung often rolls out updates in batches, it might be a while before the update hits all S10 users. Also, the same update should be available for Galaxy S10e and Galaxy S10+ users as well.

Should you want to download this firmware for your Galaxy S10, you can get it from the good folks over at Sammobile.

As mentioned earlier, we have a list of eligible devices but that list is not as exhaustive as we would all want. That said, One UI 2.5 update for Samsung Galaxy A3 2017, J5, J6 & Galaxy J7 variants is already available, albeit unofficially so you might want to check that out if you own one of the said devices.

We shall continue to keep an eye on this rollout and update as and when it is available for more Galaxy S10 users in more regions. You might, therefore, want to check out our dedicated Samsung section for these and more.
