Realme is known for providing timely security updates along with new features. The August OTA update brought many features like OTG switch toggle, DC dimming, and much more to devices like Realme X2 Pro, Realme X50 Pro, and Realme 2 Pro.
Also, the OEM announced earlier that all devices running Realme UI 1.0 will get the Smooth scrolling feature. Now, another efficient feature is about to become a standard for all Realme UI 1.0 powered devices.
Realme has recently announced that the Deep Cleanup feature is going to be added to all devices running Realme UI 1.0. The announcement came on the Realme community where a use-case of the feature is also given.
Hello realme Fans,
We are thrilled to announce a new feature of realme UI – which will be made available for all realme devices running realme UI 1.0: Deep Cleanup.
The Deep Cleanup feature basically terminates all running processes so that battery life can be extended. The power saving feature allows users to suspend both system as well as third-party processes and activities.
A possible scenario in which Deep Cleanup can be used is while hitting the bed as users can essentially save a lot of juice when their device is not being used. The feature can be enabled by going to the “Process Manager” menu found under “Additional Settings“.
Deep Cleanup seems to be quite a practical feature especially because it helps to conserve the battery. Moreover, the Realme 2 Pro, Realme X2 Pro, and Realme X50 Pro have already received the Deep Cleanup feature with the August OTA update.
Realme is constantly making its devices more and more efficient by adding such handy features. Meanwhile, you can check out the list of devices from Realme that we think will get the upcoming Android 11 update as Google is about ready to release the latest OS update.
