New updates are being added at the bottom…..

Original story (from August 25, 2020) follows:

The OPPO Ace2 released a few months ago and came with Android 10 alongside ColorOS 7.1 pre-installed. Being part of the company’s high-end series, the Ace2 is expected to get the Android 11 update without a doubt. At present, OPPO has released the Android 11 beta for the Find X2 and Find X2 Pro.

But it now appears that the company is gearing up for the release of the Android 11 beta for the OPPO Ace2. This is because OPPO has officially kick-started the Android 11 closed beta recruitment for the device in China.

Users with the OPPO Ace2 (PDHM00) model can sign up to be part of the closed beta testing for Android 11 with the company’s ColorOS skin on top. The recruitment started yesterday and will end today. Like any other closed beta, only a limited number of users will be selected.

This time around, the max number of testers is 500. Thus, make sure to register yourself soon or you may miss out on the chance to be part of the closed beta testing for the time being. Further, OPPO states that the confirmed list of testers will be announced in batches.
