MIUI 12 update on Vodafone Mi 10 & Orange Mi 10 Lite in EU looks far as devices get July patch (Download link inside)

The second round of the MIUI 12 update rollout schedule has already started. This means that more Xiaomi devices will finally get the latest custom skin. Some variants of the Mi 10 and Mi 10 Lite have already received the MIUI 12 stable update during the second round.

We reported earlier that the carrier-free Mi 10 Lite 5G variant bagged the MIUI 12 stable update in Europe. Also, the Chinese Mi 10 Lite variant (aka Xiaomi Mi 10 Youth Edition) got the latest custom skin.

Similarly, the Chinese, Global, European, and Russian Mi 10 units have also received the MIUI 12 stable update. Moreover, the MIUI 12 beta stable update rolled out for select users in Turkey and the stable version is expected to come out once the OEM has verified its quality.

There are still some variants of the Mi 10 Lite and Mi 10 that are yet to grab the MIUI 12 stable update. Among them, the Vodafone Mi 10 and Orange Mi 10 Lite European units. Both carrier-locked devices have not received the latest custom skin but there is some development.

The Korean Mi 10 Lite 5G variant is also in line to grab the MIUI 12 stable update. Now, the Orange and Korean Mi 10 Lite 5G variants are receiving the MIUI 11-based July security update via OTA. This means that the wait for the latest custom UI is still on for these variants.

Vodafone Xiaomi Mi 10 units are also receiving a MIUI 11-based beta stable update via OTA. The update is meant for select users only and the stable version of the same should be out for general public once the quality of the beta stable ROM has been verified.
