Android 10 was released by Google last year and many eligible devices have already received the update. However, Motorola One Zoom Android 10 update is yet to arrive, with the device still on Android 9 Pie.

Back in May, it was stated by Motorola support that Android 10 update for Moto One Zoom is still pending partner approval and may take some time to roll out. However, the smartphone manufacturer has not provided any updates on the matter since then.

It seems that Moto One Zoom users will have to make do with another security update for now. The July security update for the device is now rolling out via OTA. The update version PPHS29.59-49-16 contains the latest security patches from Google.

A timely July update for Moto One Zoom means that the software development team is still up to the task of keeping the device up to date. Hopefully, this applies to Android 10 development too.

Moto G8 Plus recently received the Android 10 update, check out the full story here. But there has been no official announcements made for Motorola One Zoom yet. While the development of major OS updates like this takes some time, the wait becomes hard for general public.
