With Android 11 development kicking into high gear, the number of devices that have already been updated to Android 10 soars. At this point, devices that haven’t been updated are the minority.

Many companies have updated their devices to the current build of Android and Motorola hasn’t been left behind. The Motorola G7 and the Motorola G7 Plus have both been updated to Android 10 and today, the company seems to be adding the Motorola G7 Power to this list.

The Motorola G7 Power, which gets its name from the fact that it packs a massive 5,000mAh battery cell, was first unveiled back in early 2019 running Android 9 Pie. New reports indicate this device is receiving Android 10 updates in certain regions.

I have the Moto G7 Power in the UK. I got mine (Android 10 update) yesterday.

This update has since been reported by users in the UK and some in Latin America. As such, it is only a matter of time before the same is available in many more regions.

To recall, Motorola did make available the Android 10 kernel source code for the moto G7 Power. Users who desperately needed to get the feel of Android 10 on their devices have also had the option to install LineageOS 17.1.

Being a FOTA, this should take anything from two weeks to a month for it to be available in other countries. However, it might be even longer before carrier variants like the Verizon Moto G7 Power gets updated to this build of Android.

We shall keep an eye on this story and update with the FOTA file for manual installation when it is made available.

The Android 10 update for the Moto G7 Power is now live for devices in the UK.

Freedom Mobile Motorola Moto G7 Power users are now beginning to receive the Android 10 update on the device. It comes as version QPO30.52-32 and is available via OTA. It also brings the June security patch.

The Motorola Moto G7 Power has now bagged the Android 10 update in New Zealand. This new update is rolling out as an OTA package with version QPO30.52-29. A Reddit user has also shared a screenshot confirming the arrival of the software update.

Further, users in Bangladesh are also receiving the Android 10 update on the Moto G7 Power. The software version for the update is the same as the one rolling out in New Zealand, i.e., QPO30.52-29.

Motorola Moto G7 Power on Xfinity Mobile gets hold of Android 10 update that comes with version QPO30.85-18 and is available via OTA.

In a recent development, Moto G7 Power is now receiving the Android 10 update on Tracfone Wireless in the U.S. The software update is available over-the-air and upgrades the device to the new version QPO30.85-18.

Users are now reporting that Moto G7 Power variants on the O2 network in the UK are getting the Android 10 update.
