The Android 10 update for the Samsung Galaxy A20 started rolling out almost a month ago. The Android 10 update was bundled with Samsung’s One UI 2.0 custom UI.

The OEM has been on top of its game when it comes to updating its devices with the latest firmware or security updates and has been constantly updating its wide portfolio.

And after serving regions like Vietnam, Russia, Chile, Philippines, Australia, Mexico, Indonesia, and India, Android 10 (One UI 2.0) update is soon going to be available for the users of Galaxy A20 in Canada.

If we go by the official Android 10 update schedule for the Fido carrier network, the Galaxy A20 will pick up the Android 10 (One UI 2.0) update, the next week, i.e. June 22 on Monday.

Not only this but, another major Canadian carrier network, Rogers has also confirmed on their update schedule, that the rollout of the Android 10 (One UI 2.0) update for the Galaxy A20 will begin from June 22.

This is sure to get the users of the Galaxy A20 excited as the latest Android 10 based One UI 2.0 packs tons of new features like new navigation gestures, revamped camera UI, built-in screen recorder, Digital Wellbeing, Dark Mode, etc.

Moreover, this Android 10 update is the device’s first major OS update and as per the update plan, Samsung phones are eligible to get two major OS updates.

And if we go by that and our Samsung Android 11 eligible device’s list, the Galaxy A20 will surely pick up the Android 11 (One UI 3.0) update. Note that there is no official confirmation from Samsung and this is based on the default update cycle of Samsung and our speculation.

Besides this, it will also be interesting to see whether Samsung pushes One UI 2.1 update in between before the Android 11 update for the phone or not?

Whatever the case may be, at least it is now official that the Canadian users will be getting the Android 10 (One UI 2.0) update on their Galaxy A20 next week.
