Paranoid Android 10 update (Quartz 3) adds support for Redmi Note 8, 8T, Mi Mix 2, Mi 9T Pro & more; Poco F1 & more to get support soon

Android being an open-source platform provides endless possibilities for third-party developers to bring forth new custom ROMs, apps, and other enhancements for Android devices.

Some of the popular custom ROMs are LineageOS, Resurrection Remix ROM, Paranoid Android, Pixel Experience, Carbon ROM, etc. And as per a recent development, Paranoid Quartz 3 custom ROM based on Android 10 is now available for a bunch of Xiaomi devices.

Note that Paranoid Quartz 1 and Quartz 2 are already available for a bunch of phones including OnePlus 7 Pro, OnePlus 6/6T, 3/3T, OnePlus 5, Xiaomi Mi 9, Mi 6, Redmi 5, etc.

And now as per the official blog of Paranoid Android, below is the list of supported devices with the Paranoid Android Quartz 3 based on Android 10 OS:

• Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro and Redmi K20 Pro
• Xiaomi Mi Mix 2
• Xiaomi Redmi Note 8/8T
• Xiaomi Redmi 3S
• Xiaomi Redmi 4A
• Xiaomi Redmi 6 Pro

As far as the new features that have been included with the Paranoid Quartz 3 are concerned, this new version of the custom ROM brings data switch quick setting tile, more accent colors, clear all notification button, and multi-user support.

On top of that, this Paranoid Quartz 3 Android 10 brings in the June security patchset as well. Here is the list of features that you would get after installing the Paranoid Quartz 3 Android 10 custom ROM:

• June security patchset and Pixel Feature Drop 3.
• Improved Fingerprint On Display functionality.
• New clear all notifications button.
• Multi-user support.
• Data Switch tile.
• New accent colors.
• Fixed lock screen adjustments for devices without FOD.

Fortunately, the Paranoid custom ROM team has also revealed their future plans of adding more devices to the support list. As per the official blog, here are the devices that would be supported by the Quartz 3 Paranoid Android custom ROM:

• Pocophone F1
• Xiaomi Mi 9T and Redmi K20
• Xiaomi Redmi Note 5/Pro
