Pokemon Go new update 0.165.1 fixes gym location bug, Go Battle Legaue Rewards (GBL) issues & adds new Shadow Pokemon

Niantic has announced a plethora of events for this month. The list of events that will be featured in Pokemon Go for this month includes the following: Save Shadow Raikou from Giovanni,Tornadus five-star raids, Sinnoh Celebration event, Pokémon GO Valentine’s Day 2020, friendship weekend event, Pokémon Spotlight Hour and Mystery Bonus Hour.

Apart from these events, details regarding Pokemon Go February Community Day have also been revealed. Pokemon Go February Community Day will feature Rhyhorn. The upcoming Community Day will take place on Saturday, February 22, 2020. Community Day Timings for the northern hemisphere are 11 am to 2 am (local time). 

However, timings for the Southern Hemisphere are different, it will take from 3 pm to 6 pm (local time). Pokemon Go February Community Day features a variety of bonuses for players. The list of bonuses that will be awarded to players includes the following: 3× Catch Stardust & 3 hours lures.

Cut to now, a new update for Pokemon Go is currently rolling out. The latest update for the game is coming with version 0.165.1. The new update has brought a lot of enhancements & bug fixes to the game.

Pokemon Go update 0.165.1 has fixed the issue where players have to exit out entirely and back in to be able to collect rewards. The newest update has also added a Next Battle Button at the end if you have another battle in round of five.

According to reports, the latest update has also fixed the gym location bug. The new update has also fixed the renaming bug. With the update 0.165.1, 2020 loading screen has been removed and the Holiday screen is back.

Apart from this, Team Go Rocket has taken control over some more Pokemon. The newly added Shadow Pokemon to the game are the following : Vulpix, Ninetales, Exeggcute, Exeggutor, Omanyte, Omastar, Misdreavus, Carvanha, and Sharpedo can be found while battling Grunts. Team GO Rocket Leaders might have Pinsir, Mawile, and Beldum.
