One of the best fighting games Tekken 7 is about to add a few new fighters to the game. Tekken 7 was released on June 2, 2017, and is available on Windows, Xbox One & PS4 platforms. The game can be enjoyed in both single & multiplayer mode.
Tekken 7 focuses on the final battle between Heihachi Mishima & his son Kazuya. Tekken 7 game has been developed by Bandai Namco, which is one of the best studios & creator of fighting games. The game introduced many new elements to the game, including Rage Arts & Power Crush Mechanics.
Tekken 7 features 51 playable characters. Tekken 7 also added a few new characters to the game, including Kazumi Mishima, Akuma, Katarina Alves, Josie Rizal, Geese Howard, Claudio Serafino, and Gigas.
In Tekken 7, we witnessed the death of Heihachi. A long feud between father & son came to an end when Kazuya killed his father, Heihachi, by throwing his body in the Volcano. In the end, we also saw Akuma attacking Kazuya, but the result of that battle is still not known.
Cut to now, Bandai Namco released two new trailers for the game, which revealed the addition of two characters to the game’s third Season Pass. The trailer also revealed the return of Ganryu. The new fighter which will soon make its way to Tekken 7 roster is Fahkumram. Also, Leroy Smith will be available to players from this Tuesday.
Ganryu will be available for players under the winter season, whereas Fahkumram will be made available in the spring season. For a quick refresher, the second season of the game was launched in September 2018, which added new playable characters, including Anna and Lei Wulong.
Armor King & Craig Marduk made their entry into the game as DLC characters in December 2018. The game also added two characters from The Walking Dead on February 28 as DLC characters. Zafina was added to the game under the third season pass on September 9.
Apart from this, players are also waiting for the new Tekken title. Well, while analyzing the release pattern of the game, one can say that Bandai Namco usually takes 4-5 years or more to publish its next Tekken title, excluding Tekken 2 & Tekken 3. Following the release pattern of Bandai Namco, Tekken 8 is expected to be released in 2021 or 2022.
