Pokemon Sword and Shield : How to change clothes or outfits in the game

Pokemon Sword & Shield game is now available on the Nintendo Switch Platform. The game was released on November 15, 2019. The game has received positive reviews from fans and critics. Pokemon Sword & Shield gives an opportunity to players to explore the Galar region.

Pokemon Sword & Shield game has added many new Pokemon to Pokedex. You can check the complete list of Galar region Pokemon by heading here. As we have seen for earlier generations, many Pokemon require a specific or special item for evolving.

In a similar fashion, Applin is one of those Pokemon, which requires a special item for evolving. If you don’t know how to evolve Applin in Pokemon Sword & Shield, you can head here. Apart from this, Pokemon Sword & Shield also features Gigantamax form.

Gigantamax form only occurs when the Dynamax form of Pokemon is activated. The following Pokemon have Gigantamax form in the game: Charizard,Butterfree, Pikachu, Meowth,Machamp, Gengar, Kingler, Lapras, Eevee, Snorlax, Garbodor, Corviknight, Orbeetle, Drednaw, Coalossal, Flapple, Appletun, Sandaconda, Centiskorch, Hatterene, Grimmsnarl, Alcremie, Copperajah, and Duraludon.

Apart from catching Pokemon, the game also allows you to customize your character style & outfit. The game gives you a variety of clothing options as you explore the Galar region. But clothes can only be changed if you are in the cloth shop, they can’t be changed if you are in the wild or at the camping site.

Once you progress through prologue & unlock Motostoke, you will be able to explore different shops in the city. The clothing shop allows players to purchase new outfits and change the existing ones. You can change your clothes by going inside the changing room which you can find in the back right corner.

In the changing room, a new menu will pop up, which will show all of your existing outfits. You can select whichever you prefer to wear and then leave the changing room. Your character will have new clothes after leaving the changing room.

However, you can also change your character clothes straight away after purchasing it from the shopkeep.
