Pokemon Sword and Shield : All Evolutionary Items List

A new Nintendo Switch game, Pokemon Sword and Shield has finally been released. The game has been set up in the Galar region and features nearly 80 new Pokemon. You can check the complete Galar Pokedex by heading here.

Pokemon Sword and Shield has also added Galarian forms to the game and speaking of Galarian forms, they are similar to Alolan forms, and these change in forms happens for certain Pokemon due to a change in environment & surroundings. There are also some version exclusive Pokemon in the game. The following Pokemon are exclusive to Sword version of the game: Galarian Farfetch’d, Sirfetch’d, Galarian Darumaka, Galarian Darmanitan, Flapple, Male Indeedee, Stonejourner.

Pokemon which are exclusive to Shield version of the game are the following : Galarian Ponyta, Galarian Rapidash, Galrian Corsola, Cursola, Appletun, Female Indeedee, Eiscue.

Some Pokemon require different items to evolve & methods in the game. For example, Applin requires Tart apple or Sweet apple to get evolved. So the importance of different items in the game is pretty significant.

Some Pokemon evolve by Leveling up, some at specific levels, and some if they are happy. However, certain Pokemon evolve when they are holding or subjected to a special item. Mentioned below are all the evolutionary items that have been made available since Red & Green came out in 1996.

All Evolutionary Items list

Dawn Stone: A peculiar stone that can make certain species of Pokémon evolve. It sparkles like a glittering eye.

Deep Sea Scale : An item to be held by Clamperl. This scale shines with a faint pink and raises the holder’s Sp. Def stat.

Deep Sea Tooth : An item to be held by Clamperl. This fang gleams a sharp silver and raises the holder’s Sp. Atk stat.

Dragon Scale : A very tough and inflexible scale. Dragon-type Pokémon may be holding this item when caught.

Dubious Disc : A transparent device overflowing with dubious data. Its producer is unknown.

Dusk Stone : A peculiar stone that can make certain species of Pokémon evolve. It holds shadows as dark as can be.

Electirizer : A box packed with a tremendous amount of electric energy. It’s loved by a certain Pokémon.

Fire Stone : A peculiar stone that can make certain species of Pokémon evolve. The stone has a fiery orange heart.

Ice Stone : A peculiar stone that can make certain species of Pokémon evolve. It has an unmistakable snowflake pattern.

King’s Rock : An item to be held by a Pokémon. When the holder successfully inflicts damage, the target may also flinch.

Leaf Stone : A peculiar stone that can make certain species of Pokémon evolve. It has an unmistakable leaf pattern.

Magmarizer : A box packed with a tremendous amount of magma energy. It’s loved by a certain Pokémon.

Metal Coat : An item to be held by a Pokémon. It’s a special metallic film that can boost the power of Steel-type moves.

Moon Stone : A peculiar stone that can make certain species of Pokémon evolve. It is as black as the night sky.

Oval Stone : A peculiar stone that can make certain species of Pokémon evolve. It’s as round as a Pokémon Egg.

Prism Scale : A mysterious scale that causes a certain Pokémon to evolve. It shines in rainbow colors.

Protector : A protective item of some sort. It is extremely stiff and heavy. It’s loved by a certain Pokémon.

Razor Claw : An item to be held by a Pokémon. This sharply hooked claw increases the holder’s critical-hit ratio.

Razor Fang : An item to be held by a Pokémon. When the holder successfully inflicts damage, the target may also flinch.

Reaper Cloth : A cloth imbued with horrifyingly strong spiritual energy. It’s loved by a certain Pokémon.

Sachet : A sachet filled with fragrant perfumes that are just slightly too overwhelming. Yet it’s loved by a certain Pokémon.

Shiny Stone : A peculiar stone that can make certain species of Pokémon evolve. It shines with a dazzling light.

Sun Stone : A peculiar stone that can make certain species of Pokémon evolve. It burns as red as the evening sun.

Thunder Stone : A peculiar stone that can make certain species of Pokémon evolve. It has a distinct thunderbolt pattern.

Up-Grade : A transparent device somehow filled with all sorts of data. It was produced by Silph Co.

Water Stone : A peculiar stone that can make certain species of Pokémon evolve. It is the blue of a pool of clear water.

Whipped Dream : A soft and sweet treat made of fluffy, puffy, whipped, and whirled cream. It’s loved by a certain Pokémon.
