Death Stranding is an upcoming action game developed by Kojima Productions. The game is published by Sony Entertainment for PS4. The game is developed by popular director Hideo Kojima.
The game has actors Norman Reedus, Mads Mikkelsen, Léa Seydoux, Margaret Qualley, Tommie Earl Jenkins, Troy Baker, and Lindsay Wagner, who helped in the motion capture, 3D scannings, and vocal performances. Film directors Guillermo del Toro & Nicolas Winding Refn are also featured in it.
The game was first announced at E3 2016 and is set for release on November 8, 2019 for PS4. The game has been in development for many years and now after a lot of teases and trailers, incoming is good news for PC gamers as well.
Kojima Productions recently revealed that they will also be bringing out the PC version of the game with the help of 505 games. Talking about the game, Hideo Kojima earlier gave a brief introduction saying, “People have created Walls” and become accustomed to living in isolation.
Death Stranding is a completely new type of action game, where the goal of the player is to reconnect isolated cities and a fragmented society. It is created so that all elements, including the story and gameplay, are bound together by the theme of the “Strand or connection.”
He also said that players will play as “Sam Porter Bridges” and will help in bridging back the society and will create new bonds or “Strands” with other players around the globe. The game will help understand the importance of making bonds with others.
