Reports are pouring in about an outage of sorts at Navy Federal Credit Union. Customers aren’t able to access online banking, and hence complaining about paychecks or direct deposits becoming inaccessible. Some even can’t reach the bank’s customer care.

The financial institution says they are aware of the issue and working to fix it:

One of their reps over the phone earlier this morning claimed that it was because they were posting tax refunds first... utter nonsense.

We are aware that members are unable to see deposits in their accounts. The deposits and postings have been made, but are unable to be viewed in our mobile app and online. We are working on this and will provide updates here once account deposits become visible. Members can still access their accounts on our mobile app and online. Mobile app not working? You’re not the only one, as many users are facing the same issue. What’s good is while reverting back to a user complaining about the mobile app, Navy Federal (through their official Twitter handle) responded saying they’re looking into the issue.
