Apex Legends new weapon leaked by data miner on Twitter

Apex Legends, a battle royale game, was launched back in February by the EA. Respawn Entertainment developed the game. The most interesting thing about its launch was that it was released without any official announcement by EA or Respawn Entertainment.

EA launched the Apex Legends game when Fortnite and PUBG were doing well in the battle royale gaming market. Apex Legends managed to make its name even between these two popular games due to its uniqueness.

Each character of Apex Legends possesses unique ability or skills. The players are required to learn the effective use of these abilities as they can be really helpful and can turn the course of the match in seconds. Currently, a total of ten characters are available in the game including Bangalore, Mirage, Bloodhound, Caustic, Gibraltar, Lifeline, Wattson, Octane, Pathfinder, and Wraith.

Apex Legends Season 2 added legend Wattson to the game. Now Apex Legends fans are desperately waiting for the arrival of the new legend which is expected to be released during the start of Apex Legends Season 3. Since the game’s launch, only two weapons have been added to the game so far, including the Havoc energy rifle and the L-Star.

But now a data-mined leak suggests that a new weapon will be added to the game pretty soon. Data mined information has been revealed by the popular Apex Legends data miner, That1MiningGuy. His previous leaks have proven to be accurate many times. But that does not imply that this leak should be believed to be 100% true.

According to him, a new SMG will mark its entry soon to the game. The new SMG is inline with Titanfall weapon ‘Volt.’ In Titanfall 2, Volt SMG was an energy weapon. So players should expect the entry of an energy SMG in the Apex Legends game soon.

The new SMG will be an energy weapon; this theory makes sense as we don’t have an energy SMG in the game yet. But we do have other energy weapons, including Havoc (Assualt Rifle), Devotion (LMG), and Triple Take (Sniper).

However, we should only take this leak with a grain of salt as it is subjected to change until Respawn Entertainment officially confirms it. The new season of Apex Legends is expected to start on October 1, 2019, and it is certainly going to add a new legend to the game.

Well, numerous leaks have been floating around regarding the addition of new legends. Leaks from data miners have listed and revealed many unreleased characters that could become part of the game in the future. The list of unreleased legends includes Skunner, Crypto, Rosie, Immortal, and Nomad.

But players believe Crypto will be the new legend for the upcoming Season 3. Well, we have to wait and see which new character will be introduced during the start of Season 3.
