Apex Legends developed by Respawn Entertainment, was launched in February and rose to an instant success with its quiet release. The game became very popular, and it amassed 50 million players in its first month.

The company is trying hard to keep the fans tied to the game by incorporation of new characters, skins, features, etc. Today, details of the new alleged character “Nomad” have been leaked online.

Developers at Respawn Entertainment during the Apex Legends Iron Crown event accidentally published files containing details of the upcoming playable character, currently known as “Nomad.”

Thanks, to the renowned Apex Legends data miner That1MiningGuy, who released a video explaining the potential abilities for Nomad, the Field Grafter. Check out the video below:

That1MiningGuy started the video by referring to a previous leak by a Reddit user FrozenFroh who hinted that the Wraith Skin “The Night Terror” had a “Nomad Tech” badge on it. This further hints that Nomad probably crafted that armour, laying down the ground for his abilities.

Nomad’s abilities unearthed from Apex Legend files by That1MiningGuy are as follows:

Passive: Packmule

Nomad and his teammates have additional backpack space.

Tactical ability: Loot Compass

Follow the Loot Compass to the nearest item. When there’s no loot available, players will receive a “No loot found” prompt.

That1MiningGuy says, “I believe it will work like a radar system or maybe he’ll actually pull up a compass and look at it.”

Ultimate ability: Crafting Table

Place a crafting table down. Scrap salvageable material and purchase items.

However, the data miner asked fans to take the information with a pinch of salt as Respawn has not revealed anything about the alleged character “Nomad.”

Moreover, That1MiningGuy also claims that more leaks will be coming soon about the Nomad. So, Apex fans don’t have to wait too long for more information about the upcoming playable character “Nomad.”

For a quick refresher, leaks regarding the new legend Crypto have been floating around for the past couple of days. Crypto is supposedly a hacker, who will crash the Repulsor Tower, which will allow Flyers and leviathans to invade King Canyon.

Apex Legends Rosie

In addition to Crypto, one more legend is expected to become part of the game in the coming time, and that is Rosie. The name Rosie was retrieved from the data mined files by leakers.

Respawn dev Tina Sanchez posted a few images on Twitter from her motion capture session, which fans suspected was for the new legend Rosie. But it is unclear whether those images were for new legend Rosie or for new emotes.

For now, we need to take this information with a grain of salt as none of this has been officially confirmed by Respawn yet. Well, many of you must be wondering when the next legend Crypto or Rosie can become part of the game. Don’t worry. We’ll let you know as and when that happens.
