New FIFA 19 bug during start of the game is frustrating players

EA has a tradition to introduce a new FIFA game each year, once again, EA is ready to release its next FIFA title. The upcoming FIFA 20 will be released on Septemeber 27, 2019. FIFA gaming fans are desperately waiting for the release of the game.

But some players who are currently playing FIFA 19 are encountering a new issue, where ‘Claim your pack info’ is showing all the time.

The issue was first reported by FIFA 19 player ‘Bouk24’ on the official EA support forum for FIFA 19. After that, some more players reported on this similar issue.

The issue comes during the start of the game and displays FUT info pop-up asking players to claim their pack. Also, it shows up every time whenever players are going back to the main menu.

FIFA 19 bug

EA Community Manager, EA_Cade was quick to respond to the ‘Bouk24’ complaint and requested him to run a repair of the game through Origin.

The solution provided by EA_Cade did not resolve the issue, so he further requested for the time stamp of this event, such that the devs team can look up the logs to find an error.

So far, the issue has not yet been resolved, but the devs are currently investigating the issue. We certainly hope a fix for this will arrive soon and whenever a fix arrives for this, we will update this column.

For a quick refresher, let us discuss a bit about the upcoming FIFA 20 which is set to be released on Septemeber 27, 2019. The game will be available on PC, Xbox One and PS4.

Players can pre-order the game until 11:59 p.m. ET on August 5, 2019. As part of pre-order before August 5, players will get the following under the Ultimate Edition of the game.

1) An untradeable FUT 20 Ones to Watch Player Item
2) Up to 24 Rare Gold Packs
2 packs per week over 12 weeks
You need to log in each week to claim all 24 packs

If players order it after August 5, they will only get 24 Rare Gold Packs.

But there is good news for every player who will pre-order the game. No matter which edition you go for, you will get the following rewards for pre-ordering the game.

FIFA 20 is also bringing street football to the game with Volta mode for the game. We will have to wait and see how the new Volta mode is received by fans.
