Fan made video captures essence of Markiplier's help to PewDiePie in war against T-Series

This past weekend, we brought you a fan made video of Pornhub coming to PewDiePie rescue in the latter’s ongoing YouTube subscriber battle against T-Series. Although we aren’t sure how much Pornhub’s support announcement actually helped the Swedish YouTuber, the clip – originally from the movie Saving Private Ryan – got a lot of love from viewers.

Now, we have spotted another similar fan made video, but this time, it features popular YouTuber Markiplier, who saved the day for PewDiePie when the subscriber gap with T-Series was just 100,000.

For those who aren’t aware, on December 2, when it appeared T-Series would overtake PewDiePie as YouTube’s most subscribed channel, Markiplier started a live broadcast titled ‘I Literally Won’t Shut Up Until You Subscribe To PewDiePie.’

The stream lasted for close to an hour, and resulted in PewDiePie subscriber count jumping by over 100,000. Here’s that live broadcast:

Among popular Netizens, DramaAlert creator @KEEMSTAR was one of the first ones to acknowledge what Markiplier did.

Now, a fan made video has come to light, which captures the essence of Markiplier’s help to PewDiePie. We don’t know who originally created this video, although like the Pornhub clip, this one also builds on top of a movie scene.

It’s good to see fans coming up with encouraging videos as well as engaging in clever support-urging tactics. Other popular YouTubers like Logan Paul have also jumped in this battle to support PewDiePie.

Even British PM has been urged to help the Swedish YouTuber.

But some fans apparently have got themselves involved in illegal tactics, like website hacking. The official T-Series website is down for days now, and it recently came to light that someone claiming to be one of “9 year olds” – as PewDiePie fans like to call themselves – admitted they did that.

Felix (PewDiePie in real life) himself has been facing heat after they recently gave a shout out to a YouTube video channel that – it turned out – shares video with anti-Semitic stuff. Although PewDiePie removed that part from their video later, the fire ignited by this controversy is refusing to die down.
