NOTE: For all latest, breaking news related to PewDiePie, other YouTubers, and Youtube in general, head here.

PewDiePie endorsed an anti-Semitic channel in one of their recent videos, and after tech publication The Verge highlighted it, a storm erupted as the news spread like wildfire.

The Swedish YouTuber responded today by acknowledging that he didn’t know too much about the channel and even for the video he referred to, PewDiePie said he couldn’t understand the reference as his knowledge about Nazism is not very deep.

He even hit back at The Verge a couple of times in the video. More details on that here.

While it remains to be seen whether or not this response will be able to douse the fire, something else from PewDiePie’s video is now making headlines: the comment Felix made on SonicFox’s acceptance speech at the 2018 Game Awards for winning the Best Esports Player.

To give you a quick recap, SonicFox’s speech was around 3 minutes long, and it ended with the player saying they’re “a black, gay, furry man.” Take a look at the speech:

Commenting on the speech, here’s what PewDiePie said:

I kind of like how he is so unapologetic to who he is

he doesn’t have to say he’s black, gay, and furry for people to make that assessment themselves

he is 20 years old and clearly not the brightest

Well, PewDiePie’s comments didn’t go unnoticed as SonicFox hit back at the YouTuber in a series of tweets a few hours back. Take a look:

It’d be interesting to see how the Swedish YouTuber now reacts to this. Surely PewDiePie knows how to remain in news.
