@PiunikaWeb you guys recently reported that US Cellular Galaxy S8s were still waiting on Oreo; it dropped today.

Past week, we brought to light how Samsung Galaxy S8/S8+ users on US Cellular network were left behind in the Android Oreo race, for their carrier delayed releasing the update without giving any official reason/statement. But that was until yesterday, as this morning US Cellular finally began the roll out of Android 8.0 (CRD4) for both Galaxy S8 and S8+.
Credits to our reader Chad Meske, who tipped us about the release on Twitter a couple of hours ago.
We then checked on US Cellular’s official Android software page for conformation, and found the update is officially live. The page displays the Android 8.0 update for the Galaxy S8 (G950USQU3CRD4) and S8+ (G955USQU3CRD4) on top in the hierarchy of devices receiving the Oreo update.
We did a little bit of more research and found other US Cellular Galaxy S8 users also affirming the release, with one of them even sharing a screenshot revealing the update details, like size (1567.37 MB) and all.
